Moors To See

Portugal is famous for the Azulejo Tiles. Introduced to the city by the Moors, the beautiful blue tiles can be found covering the facades of many beautiful buildings in Porto. The Igreja do Carmo and Sao Bento Railway Station have some of the most intricate designs and even tell a story through the paintings on the tiles.
