Cruise to Varna, Bulgaria

All the things to do in Varna will delight and surprise you. Varna showcases Bulgaria's rich history at attractions that date back as far as the Roman Empire and as recently as the former Soviet Union, and the city spotlights Eastern Orthodox traditions as well as those from pre-Christian times. The Black Sea is at the center of most trips to Varna — you can see it from almost everywhere in the city. While some travelers will admire the water from the city's beautiful seaside parks, others will mingle with the glamorous locals sunning themselves on the beaches of the Bulgarian Riviera. A cruise to Varna also offers attractions perfect for families with children, or for travelers of all ages who are simply young at heart. Even as you sit down to eat, the sea is top of the mind, especially when you're tearing into tender seafood just reeled in from Bulgarian waters. Like Varna's attractions more generally, shopping opportunities cover a broad spectrum. Varna is as good for retail therapy as it is for a dose of Vitamin Sea.
